Estimates and quotes
Sending an estimate request through this site does not create a contract and does not reserve a place in our schedule. It is a request for us to get in touch.
Nothing on this website is a priced offer. Every project is measured and priced individually, and only the written quote we issue after seeing your property is binding — on the terms, for the scope and for the period stated in that quote.
Where a quote and this website disagree, the quote governs.
Content and accuracy
We keep this site as accurate as we reasonably can, but product ranges, materials, lead times and specifications change. Descriptions here are general and are not a specification for your build.
Articles on our blog are general guidance about outdoor structures. They are not engineering, permitting or legal advice for a specific property.
Permit and approval requirements differ between municipalities and change over time. We will tell you what your particular build involves at the quoting stage; nothing on this site should be relied on as a statement of what your municipality requires.
Photographs and project images
Project photographs on this site are of work we have built. They show what is possible rather than what your project will look like: site conditions, dimensions, rooflines and finishes all differ.
Colours shown on screen are approximate. Please confirm any finish against a physical sample before ordering.
